But more importantly, the box was so pretty!

Yes. That had to enter my collection.

I managed to preserve its shape the entire day in uni.
Carried it around to avoid it getting smashed left and right by my books.
Did my best to avoid colliding into people who are liable to smash its face in too.

Brought it home.
Told my maid very kindly that if she were to discard this little piece like how she discarded the rest of my collection five or six or maybe even seven fucking times before I would see to it that her neck would be severed off.

I can do both. Except for three point turn when it comes to driving.

But the pessimistic side of me keeps feeling that I'm going to fall them all. Hence the stress begins and the lack of sleep and the endless worry.

I was exposed to a lot of "pot calling kettle black" scenes. Part of me just wanted to yell out Oh like you aren't like that but refrained from doing so to not kill the festive mood and well.. because yeah. Close an eye, I guess? But yeah.. 2012 didn't start off as well as I would have expected for me.. Was hoping to be able to destress due to all the assignments but I ended up in a pretty foul mood.. Primarily thanks to witnessing sole subject act cute whilst bullying a family member, act good and like as though I owe my very existence to subject and later seeing sole subject go I can't stand people like that too when previously before all other games sole subject had been the one cheating, showing tantrum when her character has no weapons then condemning it how useless it is and lost interest in game when all of us were doing well, and of course most importantly beating people up when they do better than sole subject, (not forgetting the other victim, I find it annoying how both of us always have to refrain ourselves or act n00b or give said subject our every belongings so that said subject can feel superior then other people going wah you're awesome you're awesome and egoistic subject goes yeahhhhh you see thanks to me you guys get to do so and in my head i'm like thanks to us doing all the monkey shit from the very start that you're only able to do all those) annnnnd finally wasting my time(and everyone's else one).

Maybe it's just me impatient though. @_@
I KNOW it's just a GAME but it's annoying to witness someone with such an inflated ego acting superior.

And I suddenly feel like a suck-up.

Anyhowwwww I spent the second day of 2012 doing my pretest for driving... all the way at Kajang. Meh. Glad to be finally done with it.. But still have my real test to settle for and I'm bloody nervous.. I'm okay with all except for three point turn.. which I keep turning too fast. Or slow. I don't know.

I am selfish.

I learned that over the past two years.

I can't do stuffs for people if my heart is not in it. I mean, physically I can, but mentally I'll be imagining myself clawing your insides out.

That's fine if that's just all it is.

But I also learn that it's never just all it is. Some things will come back and bite you in the ass, or haunt you for life. Well, wouldn't say life cause I haven't actually lived out my entire life yet but you know.

A lawyer has at least 4 duties and ethics to uphold. At least that's what my lecturer's notes tell me.

Today's question asked about the lawyer's duty to the court and the client.

Which was fine.
Then they put listed down a case law too.
Which was. THE ONLY DAMN CASE LAW I DON'T REMEMBER.

Fine. continue writing. Only bout duties to court and client.
Turns out the case law was one that was about the duty to the opponent.

Now I feel pretty panicked.

Am I wrong or right.
I only wrote till the duties to court and client leh since the question listed there so. --> Assess a counsel's duty to the court and the client based on the passage above or sth like that was what they said.

Should be okay rite? Or was I supposed to write till the end? Going to opponent then to society then to the ethics which includes not participating in another full time profession, no advertising, no touting and no sharing profits and costs with another person who's not qualified for the legal profession.

And that's... pretty heavy. (Though they are all pretty short points - not as long as the first two)

My first blood donation ever!! Am glad that my blood pressure is finally back to normal, though my heart kinda sank a little when I heard it just now. Reason is because I was like 99.9% close to backing out.

Sucked it up and got through it though in the end.

Surprisingly, there were apparently only 3 blood O donors today? (heard from my friend) Found it strange because I thought O was the most common! My other friends who all went were all blood type A. Lolz. And Khai Sim got rejected because apparently you're not eligible for blood donation if you've had acupuncture in the last 12 months. Cheer up Khai Sim!!! :P There's always next time.. and I still hate you for laughing at my panic just now hehee.

The nurses were all very kind and patient. I rike them!

Flaming steamboat was a letdown. Under their menu they listed a whole bunch of nice stuffs under Fondue. But turns out, they only serve chocolate fondue and biscuit sticks. Marshmallows are apparently served on weekends only. :( That's what you get for over-expecting stuffs I guess. But still pretty good! Hehe.

I don't think a person's personality will ever change.

Well, they may change after a huge egoistical blow or anything else emotionally-related, but that's what you'd call a "phase" they're going through, which renders them to act a little more out of ordinary and out of characteristic, but nevertheless once they take charge of their lives again they retrogress back to their previous selves.

Okay, maybe it isn't entirely impossible. A person may reform him or herself, but that's only after a huge life-changing experience right? Like going to jail and claiming i've seen the light. Or a near death experience. Or after experiencing an epiphany or some sort. Or something else. I don't know.

So i guess it the end it just boils down onto whether or not you take the effort to understand and accept the other person for who he or she is right? After all, no one's perfect. Guess that's what friendship is all about. Taking the good with the bad.
