how time really flies.

i was catching up with an old friend of mine, when suddenly during our talk he said he had to announce something.

and what was it?
he was getting married.

woh, double triple quadraple shock!
my mind is still set back in the past.
so then only i realised,
yeah we have all grown.
he's older, i'm older, sooner or later it would come to this.

seriously,
time just whizzed pass by us so fast.
it's funny lol.
i mean, not in the really funny lol way.
but weird to think about it, to know that your friend is already gonna marry.

this brought back a flood of memories.
he's a really nice guy.
a true gentleman.
he gave me some meaningful advice to cope with life.
and was always there to lend a listening ear.
that is,,.. until he entered work life.
then we just grew apart.

work!!!!
worklife is keeping people apart. lol.

anyhow, i digressed.

im back again.
im suddenly really, realllllllllyyyy free now that cabal is finally out of my life. lol.
yup, cabal occupied bout 50% of my life.

30% goes to eating and sleeping,
10% goes to education (boring!),
and the other 10% goes to socialising.

....when my friends are actually free to hang out with me. lol.

i remember the incident like it just happened yesterday (it did actually)
DELL delivered the brand new laptop to the Lim's household.
bro immediately leaped n jumped for it and starting fiddling around with it like how all pros do.
and n00bs like me dont really understand the world of computers,
so i just sat aside.

and admired.
and envied too.
ENVY LIKE KAO!

how miserable can this be.
im always settling for second hand stuffs.
yup, i was supposed to inherit my bro's laptop.
which was fine.
until i saw the new notebook.

omg.
small.slick and sexy!
and black.
that was the most important thing.
BLACK!!!!
black is like the..., epitome of all supreme sexiness.
which i later found out that it's actually dark blue, but it's still sexy!

then..fast forward, fast forward,
i thought bro was gonna have the new laptop,
and yada yada,
and suddenly surprise!
it's actually mine.
